Remote IT Support – The Network Operating Center

May 30th, 2017 | 1 min. read

The first line of defense against malicious software as well as ensuring your network continues to operate smoothly and efficiently is the network operating center (or NOC).

This short video provides a glimpse into the NOC for AIS IT services customers.

What's your data backup plan? .....you do have a plan, right?

The open environment and around-the-clock staffing ensures technology issues are addressed quickly. Often, customers aren't aware of any issues until reading their monthly network report because issues are fixed before customers even realize there WAS an issue.

Remote monitoring and IT support is a key competitive advantage for any business taking advantage of managed IT services. In-house IT staff have to sleep (and go on vacation, take sick days, etc.). The NOC is fully-staffed 24/7, which allows proactive maintenance and network security.
