"AIS was the only IT service provider who did more than a superficial analysis of our needs. They sent a team to our office who genuinely spent hours getting to know our existing system and software and learning our goals, which included increased security, PCI compliance, and backup redundancy. AIS has taken over all IT issues, including local and cloud backup, server and workstation maintenance, firewall and security, antivirus, and software deployment. Those were previously handled in-house and by a number of vendors and service providers. It is nice to have a tollfree number for support that is answered within two rings with someone who really digs in to solve our problem or handle our service request. AIS has saved our firm’s managing partner and support staff a lot of time by continuously monitoring our systems and showing up to fix a problem that AIS found on its own without being asked. When we remodeled the office, our personnel was shifted to different places, and new personnel was added. AIS have helped us interface with our Internet and phone provider, and AIS actually helped us lower our communications costs.
