Below are the answers to some questions you might be asking.

Q: How is this different from other warranties? 

A: Traditionally, when you buy technology from a consumer outlet, the warranty requires that you ship the “defective” item back to the manufacturer or return it to the place of purchase. This process can take days or even weeks to resolve. In the meantime, you are without a device.

If the seller deems the failure to be the result of a manufacturer's defect, a replacement or repair will be made at their expense. If not, you could be responsible for the repair cost as well as the shipping and downtime. In some cases, you can return the item to the store if you are within the technology return guidelines.

With this purchase through CCSD and AIS, all services will be performed on site and at no charge. Service response times are traditionally in less than four hours during regular business hours (M-F, 8-5). 

There is no need to disconnect, un-install, pack, ship, and wait for a repair.

Q: What type of warranty comes with my new printer?

A: With the purchase of every printer, you’ll receive 5-year parts and labor warranty. This includes on-site support and repair for 5-years should you have any issues with your device. 

Q: What is the installation & delivery process like?

A: We offer four convenient delivery and installation options for you to take advantage of with your new printer:

 
  1. Same-Day Pick-Up - NO Additional Cost: Same-day touchless pick-up is available at our headquarters and warehouse in North Las Vegas. (Based upon receipt of payment. We will make every effort for same-day pick-up for payments received in later hours of the business day).

  2. Contactless Delivery - NO Additional Cost: We will provide you contactless delivery of your printer at your home at a previously agreed upon time at the time of payment (Extra fees may be incurred for missed delivery appointments).

  3. Printer Pre-Configuration ($19):AIS technical staff will pre-configure your printer before you receive the device, so all you have to do is plug it in. This service comes with an additional charge of $19.

  4. White-Glove Delivery + Installation ($99): AIS offers our “White Glove” treatment where we will deliver, configure, and install your printer at your location to begin using it right away. At the time of delivery, our trained technical staff will connect it to your network, test it, and answer any of your questions on the proper use of your new printer. Additionally, they will follow all AIS safety protocols that we require making this a simple, safe, and complete ‘worry-free’ service.

Note: AIS printers do not include a USB or ethernet printer cable. One can be provided at an additional charge of $5.00 at the time of payment. Please notify our representative that you will need a cable during your call so that we may include it with your order.

Q: What if I need service or maintenance on my printer?

A: If you need service on your printer, all you have to do is call us, and we’ll get you in contact with a technician who can address any of your problems. For more information on how we provide service for our customers, please watch this video on keeping our customers and staff safe.

Q: Can I order more supplies?

A: Absolutely—just give us a call. We’ll be able to identify the correct toner for your printer based on your customer ID or the device’s serial number.
