Twenty lucky charities we will be selected based on submissions. You, nor the charity, have to be present to win and there’s nothing to purchase.

All winners will be contacted by one of our business technology consultants to arrange a convenient time to deliver your printer to the charity of your choice, in your name. It’s that easy!

Each printer will be installed and ready to start printing. If your charity wants to upgrade, try a service contract, or ask about our 'Just In Time' Toner Program, it’s not required and that’s all up to them.

How do I register?

You passed the first step already, just scroll up and complete the registration form on this page and tell us who your favorite charity is and why they're deserving of a FREE Printer, and what makes them special. It's pretty simple.

How do I win?

On October 19, we will announce 20 winning charities. Once selected, a business technology consultants will contact you give to start the process of giving! From there, we'll make a visit to the charity with their free printer, to set up and install.
