We offer a wide range of 3D Systems' Professional 3D printers, including (as defined by 3D Systems):

  • Multijet print (MJP): an inkjet printing process that uses piezo printhead technology to deposit either photocurable plastic resin or casting wax materials layer by layer. MJP is used to build parts, patterns and molds with fine feature detail to address a wide range of applications. These high-resolution printers are economical to own and operate and use a separate, meltable or dissolvable support material to make post-processing a breeze. 

  • Color jet print (CJP): an additive manufacturing technology that involves two major components – Core and binder. The Core™ material is spread in thin layers over the build platform with a roller. After each layer is spread, color binder is selectively jetted from inkjet print heads, which causes the core to solidify. The build platform lowers with every subsequent layer which is spread and printed, resulting in a full-color three-dimensional model.

  • Stereolithography (SLA): uses a vat of liquid photopolymer resin cured by an Ultra Violet (UV) laser to solidify the pattern layer by layer to create a solid 3D model from customer supplied 3D The SLA process addresses the widest range of rapid manufacturing applications.

  • Selective Laser Sintering (SLS): uses a high-powered C02 laser to fuse small particles of powdered material to create 3 dimensional parts. The laser selectively fuses powdered material by scanning X&Y cross-sections on the surface of a powder bed. The model is built one layer at a time from supplied 3D CAD data. SLS is capable of producinghighly durable parts for real-world testing.

Projet 1200

With 30 micron layers and 56 micron resolution, the Project is an affordable printer for producing plastic prototypes of small mechanical components, detailed jewelry, dental wax-ups, scale models and more. It's small and compact enough to sit on your desk as well. 

ColorJet Printing (CJP)

Project 260C

The most affordable printer in the x60 lineup, this model is ideal for concept modeling and rapid design iteration to get your product to market faster. Fast print speeds and low cost per part print in CMY color so you can visualize your designs and make fast decisions. 

Projet 360

Monochrome parts (white) are idea for medium-sized models and prototypes for product design labs, schools and universities, architects, and more.

Projet 460Plus

Full-color CMY printing creates photorealistic product designs (without paint) so that design can be visualized and decisions for modifications/improvements can be made faster and more effectively. 

Project 660Pro

Eco-friendly full-color 3D printer that is perfect for architects, consumer product design and development, education, medical models, stop-motion animation, fine arts, and more. Multiple print heads produce CMYK full-color prints color accurately and consistently, with gradients. 

Project 860 Pro

The largest CMYK full-color 3D printer in the lineup, the 860 is designed to handle higher volume or large-scale concept models. Five print heads deliver photorealist color. A draft printing mode prints 35% faster (in monochrome) and allows concepts to be cost-effectively printed.

A combination of affordability, small footprint, and quality brings professional printing with plastic and elastomeric materials to offices of any size. Remove supports from MJP parts in 30 minutes without manual intervention and a simplified workflow enables same-day design verification.

Projet 2500 Plus (Dental)

Create stone-like dental models in you lab or office. Produce prosthodontic and thermoforming models in tan color. Designed to operate 24/7 , workflow adjusts the cadence of production from a a few hours to full-day batches. 

Projet 3600 MJP

High resolution plastic 3D printing, at up to 2X faster print speed than similar class printers, with automated, up to 4X faster, batch post-processing, provides enhanced productivity for functional design evaluation and rapid tooling needs.

Projet 3600W

Precision wax printing for precise patterns for reliable metal casting performance and results. Up to ten times faster than similar class printers, high fidelity output is perfect for jewelry manufacturing, automative casting, micro-detail medical devices, eletrical components, figurings, replicas, and more.

Projet 5000

A large build size plastic 3D printer designed for factory or office. Unattended operation and hands-free processing speed up your workflow. Applications include validation prototyping (assemblies, including snap-fit; water tightness applications, testing and use at high temp) and rapid tooling (jigs and fixtures, master patterns for RTV molding, and dies for forming applications).

Projet 5500x

The ProJet 5500X delivers fast composite material print speeds using breakthrough materials with properties that can be easily varied within a single part. This new VisiJet® composite family of materials is precisely mixed by the ProJet 5500X print head on the fly to achieve superior mechanical properties and custom performance characteristics

ProX 800

Minimal waste, reliable, and accurate; produce exact plastic and composite material parts without the restrictions of CNC or injection molding. A range of materials meets a wider variety of application and product requirements – complex assemblies, enhanced fluid flow, mass customization, assembly jigs and fixtures, and more.

ProX SLA 950

Print extra large parts (up to 1,500 mm in lenght) in a single piece, improving strength by eliminating attachment points and reducing assembly time. This printer is ideal for lost models for metal casting, complex assemblies, wind tunnel models, assembly jigs and fixtures, and more.


ProX SLS 500

Print functional parts that are tough and production-ready. High quality and high resolution thermoplastic parts with consistent mechanical properties. The highest level of material efficiency ensures economical production. Comparable to injected molded part quality, the ProX 500 is ideal for impact resistant prints, engine housings and protective covers, lightweight duct work, knobs and handles, healthcare device and tools, and more. 

Direct Metal Printing

Layer compacting technology patented by 3D Systems allows for thinnest possible wall thickness available today. All DMPs deliver dense, non-porous printed parts.

ProX DMP 100

The smallest of 3D Systems DMPs, this model is the entry point for companies who need to manufacture small, complex fine detail metal parts.

ProX DMP 200

Capable of using a broad choice of materials, this entry-level printer can manufacture small, complex metal parts.

ProX DMP 300

A metal parts manufacturing system capable of fine details, thin walls, and the ability build down to 20 degree angles without supports reduce material use and save time in post-processing. Integrated with 3DXpert software, you'll produce highly accurate parts on first-time builds.

ProX DMP 320A and 320B
With a build volume of 10.82 x 10.82 x 16.53 inches), this direct metal printer is an alternative to traditional manufacturing. Speed production with quick-swap build modules and use patented LaserForm materials and 3DXpert software to streamline and continuouly improve the production process – saving materials, shaving time from production, and creating ever more precise parts.
